Returns, Refunds or Exchanges:

If you are not happy with what you have brought or it differs from what you thought you were getting and you would like to change your order – no problem. Simply contact us on store@regalhome.com.au and let us know if you would like to return your item for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange, please let us know which item you are wanting.

Any return must be sent back to us within 14 days of purchase for a hassle free turnaround.

Please note, due to our order tracking / fulfilment – frames purchased in store, must be returned in store – similarly, if you purchase online, we ask you to return unwanted items via post.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Items that show signs of breaks, wear or defects must be notified of within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once notified we will provide instructions via store@regalhome.com.au of the next actions.
